The run is from Sandwich to Provincetown: 100K total in 16 hours. Running non-stop beginsat 4 a.m. in Sandwich at Seafood Sam's (map/route TBD and will be available soon). Volunteers will help all along the way!

Interested in joining a winning team and riding for a great cause?
Train with us this summer, ride with us at The Last Gasp on Sunday, September 20, and raise funds for Calmer Choice while having a blast!
Are you a fan of Calmer Choice? Would you like to support Calmer Choice programming and help more kids get access to mindfulness in their school? Do you love the beauty of Cape Cod, especially in September?
If your answer to these questions was “yes,” then consider joining the Calmer Choice Last Gasp Team!
The Last Gasp is a 62-mile ride stretching from the Sandwich Marina to the tip of Provincetown, followed by a cruise of P-town harbor, and a Clam Bake in Sandwich. Each year, Cape Cod Charitable Fundraisers hosts this Cape-long bike ride, focused on raising money for wonderful local non-profits while enjoying September on the Cape. This year the event will be held on September 20th.
Registering for Calmer Choice Last Gasp Team is a little bit different, so when you register make sure to follow these steps carefully!
In order to register, visit http://capecodcharitablefunraisers.com/funraiser/lastgasp.
Scroll down to the middle of the page, entitled Biker Registration.
Fill out all of the information as usual, except when you come to team name, write Team Calmer Choice.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, when you arrive at the box labeled “Beneficiary,” select Kiwanis of Hyannis and Sandwich. If you do not select this menu item, the monies you raise will not come directly to Calmer Choice and will instead be evenly distributed to all of the non-profit organizations participating in the ride. While this would not be a bad thing, it would defeat the purpose of the money you raised going to Calmer Choice!
Once you have registered, please contact email@example.com so we can make sure to have you on our team contact list!
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Michaela Herlihy and Zoe Wolf—team co-captains—at firstname.lastname@example.org
George Mumford, Author of The Mindful Athlete, will be speaking on behalf of Calmer Choice on August 13th, 2-3pm at Barnstable High School.
Come out for a FUN afternoon of great music and food! This concert at Wequaquet Lake Yacht Club in Centerville is being organized by local musician Ricky Storen Meade to benefit Calmer Choice. A $20 donation includes food and raffle tickets.
Classes by donation will be available at these participating Cape Cod yoga studios and times listed. Please reserve your spot for free on the studio website.
Donations of cash, credit, or check (checks made out to Calmer Choice) will be accepted the day of the event. Suggested donation: $20; $50 pays for one child's mindfulness education.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to the class to claim your spot. Spaces are available on a first-registered-first-served basis. Class capacity varies by studio.
